In 1976, Cape Cod narrowed their focus to the septic-related trades; septic and grease waste pumping, sewer and drain cleaning, and portable restrooms. Their products are available exclusively through these trades in all 50 states, as well as Canada, the Caribbean, and parts of South America, Europe and Asia.

Cape Cod's products are all USDA Approved, state-of-the-art formulations to treat the applications that technicians in the trades encounter every working day. The products contain micro-organisms type specific to the particular waste being treated. Cape Cod's products have been laboratory enhanced to digest the grease, fats, oil, carbohydrates, starches, protiens, cellulose, and detergents that commonly build up in the residential and commercial/institutional plumbing, septic tanks, and grease waste systems.
